M. Arsya Fadillah Officially Inaugurated as Chairman of APINDO Bengkalis Regency

Duri – Muhammad Arsya Fadillah was officially inaugurated as Chairman of the Regional Executive Board (DPK) of the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) for Bengkalis Regency for the 2025–2030 term. The inauguration took place at the Surya Hotel Ballroom in Duri on Saturday (June 14, 2025).

 

The APINDO Regency Conference (Muskab) was formally opened by the Chairman of APINDO Riau Province, Wijatno Rah Trisno, and witnessed by the outgoing Chairman, Dr. Marnalom Hutahean, SH, MH, APINDO Secretary General Sunarno, and Treasurer Ijon. The session continued with a plenary chaired by J. Ali Mujahidin and representatives from APINDO Riau.

 

In his remarks, M. Arsya Fadillah emphasized the weight of responsibility entrusted to him amid global economic challenges and growing inter-regional and international competition.

 

"We want business actors to remain united, using this organization as a platform to voice their aspirations and safeguard their interests. One of our biggest challenges is the rapidly shifting regulatory landscape. We must advocate for policies that provide protection and legal certainty for businesses and industries," Arsya stated.

 

He reaffirmed his commitment to positioning APINDO as a strategic synergy hub among businesses, government, and the community.

"APINDO Bengkalis must become a driving force and a key pillar in building an inclusive and competitive sustainable economy," he added.

 

The Chairman of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Bengkalis also extended congratulations on behalf of the leadership and members of the DPRD, expressing hope that M. Arsya Fadillah would carry out his mandate responsibly and contribute to advancing the business sector and the welfare of the people of Bengkalis Regency.

 

Bengkalis Regent Kasmarni, who also attended the event, underscored the importance of collaboration between the business sector and the regional government in achieving inclusive, sustainable, and equitable economic development.

 

“We hope that under the leadership of Mr. Muhammad Arsya Fadillah, APINDO will become a key pillar in strengthening regional competitiveness, expanding employment opportunities, and fostering a healthy business climate. The Bengkalis Regency Government is open to synergy in various areas—from streamlining licensing, promoting investment, to providing supporting infrastructure,” Kasmarni conveyed.

 

Also present at the inauguration were the 14th Regent of Bengkalis Amril Mukminin, Deputy Regent Bagus Santoso, DPRD Chairman Septian Nugraha, several DPRD members, DPRD Secretary Rafiardhi Ikhsan, Bengkalis Regional Secretary Dr. Ersan Saputra TH, Chairman of APINDO Riau Wijatmoko Rah Trisno, heads of local government agencies, Chair of TP PKK Siti Aisyah, Chairwoman of DWP Ira Vandriyani, subdistrict heads across Bengkalis Regency, Mandau Police Chief AKP Pimadona, Mandau Military Commander Captain Inf Czi Suratmin, former APINDO Chairman Marnalom Hutahean, business leaders, and notable community, traditional, religious, youth, and women figures of Bengkalis Regency.
