Investment Synergy: Governor of Lampung and APINDO Welcome Poly Group’s Visit

BANDARLAMPUNG – The Provincial Government of Lampung held a coordination meeting with the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO) Lampung and representatives from China's Poly Group at the Bappeda Command Center. The meeting marked a concrete follow-up to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) previously signed between APINDO Lampung and Poly Group in Shandong, China.

Governor of Lampung, Rahmat Mirzani Djausal, expressed the provincial government’s strong commitment to welcoming and facilitating investments that directly benefit the community and advance the real sector. “We are opening our doors wide to investments that offer added value and sustainability,” the Governor affirmed.

He also emphasized the importance of synergy between the private sector, government, and society. “Investment is not only about capital, but also about knowledge transfer and value creation,” he said. Meanwhile, Chairman of APINDO Lampung, Ary Meizari Alfian, noted that Poly Group had shown serious interest in developing modern agriculture and resource-based industries in Lampung.

Poly Group has appointed Wang Baoan and Li Zhongyi as official representatives in Indonesia to lead negotiations and implement projects focused on high-standard farmland development and mineral exploration. These initiatives include the establishment of smart farming areas utilizing satellite and sensor-based technology, as well as the development of export-oriented industrial zones.

Toward Productive Cooperation

APINDO Lampung is committed to maintaining smooth communication between investors and regulators to ensure a seamless investment process, free from unproductive bureaucratic hurdles. The provincial government will support land surveys, environmental impact assessments, and local community engagement during project implementation.

A Bright Future Ahead

This collaboration is expected to integrate technology, education, and economic empowerment, positioning Lampung as a national model for efficient, equitable, and impactful investment management. The presence of Poly Group marks a new chapter in the industrialization of agriculture in Lampung Province.
